1.准备所有食材,叉烧肉 豆角切粒,鸡蛋打散放油和盐

2.豆角煮一下,方便快熟點

3.熱鍋把剛剛煮過的豆角炒一下,放鹽調味

4.把叉燒粒放入繼續炒

5.把炒過的豆角叉燒放在打好的蛋裏面.拌均勻

6.放油,小火煎一下,出鍋~注意油要放多一點這樣才好吃而且不會粘鍋
